			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We offer flexible options that can make all the difference in your ability to live independently – including a unique day health center open five days a week.  It’s a fun and friendly place where you will find medical services, support services and plenty of activities to keep you busy.  You can have meals with new friends, enjoy social activities and get the support you need to make life easier.   We also deliver a variety of services directly in your home – from vital medical care to help with routine housekeeping chores.</p>
<p>PACE provides on-call services 7 days a week, 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.  We are just a phone call away.</p>
