Payment for Services:

PACE of the Triad is funded by Medicare, Medicaid and by private payment to deliver necessary care. If you are eligible for Medicaid and depending on your income, PACE services may be offered free of charge. If your income is over the threshold determined by Medicaid, you may still be eligible to participate by paying a premium or a Patient Monthly Liability.

As a PACE of the Triad participant, all health care services must be provided or arranged by your PACE team (except for emergency services). Participant may be fully liable for the cost of medical services from an out-of-network provider or without prior authorization (except for emergency services).

No Deductibles, No Co-Pays and No Co-Insurance:

Once enrolled in PACE of the Triad, there are no deductibles, co-pays or co-insurance. When PACE of the Triad cares for you, there is no out-of-pocket expense at the doctor or pharmacy.
