Is PACE for you?
Our mission is for you to age safely, in the home you love, for as long as possible. We exclusively serve residents age 55 and older of Guilford or Rockingham counties, North Carolina. PACE may be the right choice if you live with medical conditions, disabilities, or memory challenges, or need social interaction.
Your situation is unique
Everyone has different needs, so everyone uses PACE a little differently. By learning about your personal situation and care needs, our enrollment representatives can discuss how PACE can help.
What’s my cost?
Your cost is based on your income. Some participants enrolled in Medicaid receive PACE at no charge. Others pay a monthly cost.
Our enrollment representatives can explain your cost, if any. Whether you receive PACE at no charge, or pay a monthly cost, there are never additional co-pays or deductibles. Regardless of cost, your services are always based on your care needs.
