Thank you for your interest in donating to PACE of Guilford and Rockingham Counties, Inc., d/b/a PACE of the Triad, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. As a not-for-profit health and human services agency, we provide medical care and support services such as therapy, in home care, medical transportation and medications to help enrolled program participants continue living independently in the community for as long as they can safely do so.

Our goal is to enrich the lives of older adults with consistent medical care, support services and socialization and activities focused on a physical and emotional well-being. We have coordinated art classes, computer training, special performances, dance workshops, gardening and other opportunities to boost self-esteem, independence, emotional health and reduce social isolation. Although we receive payment from Medicare and Medicaid, it traditionally does not cover the cost innovative programs which help reduce social isolation and improve emotional health such as computer skills training, literacy and continuing education, for example.
