Convenient Transportation
PACE of the Triad provides transportation to and from our Day Center. PACE also provides transportation and an escort to medical appointments. Our vans are wheelchair-accessible to transport all participants.

Day Health Center & In-home Support
We offer flexible options to help you live independently – including a unique day health center open five days a week. It’s a fun and friendly place where you will find medical services, support services and plenty of activities to keep you busy. On call services are available 24 hours per day 7 days a week.
